Job Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 6 that includes experienced facilitators, content designer, project managers and a training analyst - The role's primary focus is of consulting with the Line of Business Leaders to identify development requirements and provide solutions to address those needs, using expertise in organization effectiveness, change management, learning &amp; development and project management - The position collaborates with the HR Relationship leaders and functions to ensure seamless delivery of comprehensive CEG solutions - Conduct as a team 250+ sessions for ~7000+ colleagues covering approx. 3500 colleagues a year - Work closely with Content Creators to review, discuss, and coach them to build and enhance content in line with learner's needs, business priorities, L&amp;D trends - Build and maintain relationships with Line of Business Leaders in client groups - Translates Lines of Business colleagues development requirements into actionable annual plans and work to ensure that the goals or deployment targets for the client groups are met - Partners with the Lines of Business leaders in key projects, which have colleague skilling and development and building a strong talent pipeline - Develop or customize training programs and other interventions to meet the business needs - Scheduling training programs / events, developing and publishing CEG calendars suiting the business requirements/timings and coordinating post-delivery program activities, monitoring and tracking training data and reporting MIS - Assists in the implementation of Top Talent programs and Centre wide Competency/ Knowledge Building rollouts - Partner with premier educational institutes &amp; universities to offer various educational programs for employees - ALP (American Express Learning Program) - Manage the annual On the Job rotation program for Customer Care professionals - PEP (Performance Enrichment Program) - Manage the annual development program for frontline leaders via cross functional project - Platinum Program - Bring best practices and innovative training and development subjects/themes to the organization; so training is scalable and effective - Develop metrics/dashboard to assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs while maintaining the best in class RTF scores - Interact with potential vendors to support the training needs of programs and associates - Is able to bring the latest and greatest in the field of OD and Executive Education to provide best in class curriculum - Drive Training Needs Analysis and build effective training strategy year on year Qualifications -&nbsp; Required Qualifications -&nbsp; - Business/organizational knowledge of AMEX is an advantage - Consulting skills, Strong ability to plan, organize and coordinate activities - Strong Team Handling skills - Solid knowledge and skills in the technical HRD disciplines which may include some or all of the following areas: - Leadership development - Change management - Team building - Instructional design - Group facilitation &amp; training program delivery - Proven track record of teamwork and collaboration - Strong ability to communicate, superior written and verbal skills - Proficient in Excel, PPT and Word - Ability to manage multiple projects at one time - Ability to negotiate with and influence Line of Business Leaders - Graduate or Post Graduate / MBA with overall work experience of 10-12 years with significant time spent in the areas of Operations Training and/or Behavior training Internal Eligibility: - For internal candidates, Min G2 L2 in their last 2 PMP cycles is a must - Short listed candidates alone will be invited for a personal interview The incumbent should have tenured for 18 months in their current in his/her current role as on the date of application deadline - The incumbent should not be on any counseling at the time of applying for the job Short listing will be done as per the prescreening criteria.
