- Create a best-in-class analytical framework to drive not only Merchant Coverage & Spend Expansion initiatives for corporate clients but also partnering in the development of Accounts Payable related capabilities, thereby playing an active role in supporting business growth on the B2B side
- Manage a team of 5-6 analysts to develop analytical solutions around Spend Expansion and AP Capability work streams
- Be strong in managing the requirements gathering, planning and execution of projects to meet and exceed Customer satisfaction expectation
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with business partners and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources across various initiatives
- Be a thought-leader and demonstrate an innovative mindset. Proactively drive and influence the decision-making processes by delivering key insights and outcomes within the business leadership teams
- Research into new data sources (both internal and external) and innovatively include those in his/her process algorithms to continuously uplift the performance
- Leverage machine learning algorithms, advanced analytics and new data insights while developing sophisticated yet scalable solutions
- Masters or PhD degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields is strongly desired - At least 7+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years in statistical modeling with relevant experience in big data and data mining development using large volumes of granular data to deliver analytical solutions - Must have expertise in Advanced Excel/R/SAS/SQL
- A proven track of leading teams effectively and efficiently
- Experience in payments, financial sector (any other relevant) industry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to formulate and communicate strategies in a clear and compelling way
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills, strong client management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members to deliver on stretched priorities and to inculcate a culture of innovation and learning
- A demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure situations with minimal errors
- An optimistic and growth mindset with a tremendous will to win
- Should be able to function with minimum supervision with high sense of ownership
- Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings to support the international business
