Function Description : - Sales and Business Enablement (SABE) within GBS is an internal servicing team providing sale performance reporting, Incentive administration and business enablement support to the enterprise. - The objective of the SABE Reporting, Incentive and Insights team is to ensure that Commercial and Merchant businesses have timely and accurate reporting and Sales Incentive payouts to help drive business performance. - The remit of the incumbent would be to drive breakthrough transformation in the end to end SABE projects and initiatives Purpose and Responsibility of the role : - Drive project delivery by working with team members to ensure that all deliverables are on track, deadlines are met, and risks/issues are appropriately identified and escalated - Gather and synthesize data, perform analysis, and develop strategic recommendations - Create logically structured presentations that effectively communicate project goals and opportunities - Contribute to the development and execution of change management and communication plans - Collaborate with others and leverage internal and external resources to create innovative solutions to complex problems Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications : Past Experience : - Min. 3 years of experience in management of medium / large size project(s) - Relevant experience in a customer-centric function - Capacity to be agile and pivot appropriately when challenged with new information or evolving circumstances - Strong process orientation, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills - Demonstrated ability to lead change; strong change management experience Academic Background : - Graduation in any stream - MBA / PMP certification will be preferred Functional Skills/Capabilities : - Proven Project Management Skills - High influencing skills, collaborative style and team orientation - Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills Technical Skills/Capabilities : - Proven skill in MS excel and Powerpoint - Knowledge of macros will be preferred - Hands on experience of other project management tools will be preferred Job type- Permanent Industry Type - Consulting The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
