This role will focus on customer first and demonstrate mastery of end-to-end customer journeys and how to design experiences and products that people love and that also deliver clear business outcomes. &nbsp; This position will play a vital role in developing, expanding, or managing next generation capabilities that will enhance customer experience, improve Self-service performance, and would align with the POA roadmap This team has ownership and accountability for the performance and customer satisfaction of the Voice Response capability across all business lines and markets across Global Servicing Network and other lines of Business. &nbsp; The successful candidate will participate actively in all phases of the development process with engineers, designers, and internal and external technology partners to deliver the right user experience. This individual will also collaborate with partners from all lines of business and Operations leaders to ensure proper operational readiness and change management for new features and enhancements. &nbsp; The person in this role will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders across the business including Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology, Operations, Servicing Strategy, Digital Labs, Enterprise Digital & Analytics teams in order to drive projects that ensure timely and accurate delivery of our initiatives, meeting and satisfying all Governance and Compliance requirements. &nbsp; Key responsibilities will include: - - Stakeholder and Backlog management - Delivery on the backlog expectations by applying principles of SAFe - Understanding scope of the requirement, consulting with business on the solution, designing in collaboration with Tech to create a frictionless customer experience. - Create Call flows and Experience keeping the end Customer in view and drive the Product Strategy and Vision. - Understand VR MIS and reporting and able to analyze the data - Successfully manage multiple requirements and tasks concurrently - Effectively collaborate/influence at all levels without having direct authority - Leadership Updates and timely updates to Stake holders Minimum Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: - A Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute with 4+ years of experience in Project management &amp; Agile methodology, experience working on Servicing capabilities specially - Voice and digital channels &nbsp; - 5+ years - experience of proven project experience, with an emphasis on cross-functional projects and success in developing and deploying technical solutions into operational areas &nbsp; - Working Experience on SAFe methodology &nbsp; - Passionately define functional requirements to build next generation capabilities with a key focus on Customer Experience and engagement &nbsp; - Strong servicing acumen and thought leadership, including capacity to quickly understand critical linkages and business requirements or use cases &nbsp; - Demonstrated willingness to take initiative, work independently, and have flexibility to support global markets and work across different time zones &nbsp; - Ability to drive results in a dynamic and ever-changing priorities &nbsp; - Strong sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines and deliverables - Excellent relationship, presentation, influencing &amp; negotiation skills - Excellent at interacting with cross functional team and stakeholders with diverse background (technical, non-technical or business teams) - Strong team player, with capability to take initiatives - Work for almost all international market will require you to adjust shift timings with significant overlap with US, UK and any other Intl markets. - Familiarity with Genesys Voice Response as a platform will be an Added advantage Preferred Skill Set:&nbsp; - Experience with Contact center domain mainly in Inbound Voice Response platforms with expertise in designing IVR application, Project Management skills, Ideation and Innovation, Excellent Excel, PPT skills, analytical bent of mind would be added advantage.
