- Implement the sourcing strategy for each search, and source candidates for external job searches from, networks, associations, websites, direct sources, the client's database and employee referrals

- Proactively network and seek out the right candidates in an expeditious and cost effective manner

- Conduct web searches in compliance with country regulations

- In conjunction with the hiring managers, develop an effective compelling presentation to sell the job and client company to prospective candidates

- Managing full life cycle of recruitment with strong Stakeholder & Candidate management

- Provides support throughout the recruiting process for an assigned business unit

- Maintains applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance

- Conducts applicant tracking system audit and makes corrections in HRIS or applicant tracking system as appropriate

- Coordinate candidate pre-employment checks and serves as the primary contact to ensure timely and proper facilitation of candidate status

- Accountable for all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, and follow-up; ensure all aspects of the new hire process are timely, accurate and lead to a positive experience for all involved

- Responds to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency, and directs/escalates to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate

- Proven experience supporting multiple individuals and prioritizing work


- 1-5 Years of work experience in Talent Acquisition

- Hands on experience and exposure to Talent Sourcing tools

- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Worked in a fast paced, target based recruiting environment

- High energy self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast paced environment, Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

- Experience in enterprise applicant tracking systems (eg Taleo) preferred, but not mandatory
