Function Description -&nbsp; The CFR team helps drive profitable growth as well manage credit decisions. The team leads efforts that leverage data and digital enhancements to improve service and risk management as well as enable commerce and drive innovation We recruit from elite management and engineering campuses from India and this role is being posted for managing the talent management program of this highly efficient and talented team Purpose of the Role -&nbsp; We are looking for a successful project manager to support talent management programs. The incumbent will have a chance to create and run programs to orient, engage and retain outstanding Intern and New Grad talent. The incumbent B30 will be a vital member of campus program project team and will play a key role in the execution of the Technology talent programs, including the Summer Intern Program and the full-time Management Development Program. In addition, the B30 will be a vital team player in managing the colleague engagement programs which will focus on maintaining the engagement of extremely talented work force at CFR. Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Manage the External hiring program for CFR by coordinating with multiple partners in multiple functions - Execute on the hiring strategy for Management Trainees as well as laterals through the Campus and Lateral recruitment process - Manage the Internal In-Band Promotion cycle and year end rating cycle by working with senior leaders in ensuring all guidelines are adhered to - Help in ensuring smooth functioning of the colleague engagement program for CFR. Critical Factors to Success: - 3 to 5 years of Coordination, Project Management or Event Planning experience - Excellent Project Management skills and the ability to handle multiple efforts at a time. - Extraordinary time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize work and remain flexible with shifting responsibilities. - Proven sense of urgency. - Excellent people/relationship skills - Solid attention to detail. - Ability to work independently when needed. - Ability to execute a project from end to end.
