Responsibilities: - Work with stakeholders to identify, specify and document complex user stories (business requirements) - Identify trends, patterns & data quality issues in data sets - Work alongside teams within the business to establish business needs & report the results back - Define new data collection & analysis processes - Review user stories and design specs with technology and business partners (as needed) to ensure requirements are captured accurately and optimally and design proposed by the technology is in line with the business requirements - Create / document / execute User Acceptance Test cases for new data and product capabilities - Lead new product implementations, preparing project plans and other supporting information and providing project status to onsite product owner - Drive on-time, high-quality project deliverables - Mentor new team member towards product management - Work as a Business systems analyst/product manager supporting Product development, platform and project management Qualifications : Critical Factors to Success (Outcome Driven): Business Outcomes: - Maximize commercial opportunities for American Express through the use of our unique information to meet customer needs - Be a part of the champion team who is focused on delivering business results with servicing and innovation at their core - Enhance customer service experience by implementing new age technology platforms & capabilities to provide strong customer service Leadership Outcomes: - Put enterprise thinking first, connect the role's agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues & shareholders. - Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings - Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity - Lead with a digital mindset and deliver the world's best customer experiences every day Past Experience - 4+ Years- experience as a Business Systems Analyst /Business Analyst with an analytical mind & inclination for Problem Solving - Preferred: Credit Card Industry Experience, In-depth knowledge of BI Platforms Job type- Permanent Industry Type - Operations The Apply Button will redirect you to the website.
