American Express - Process Manager - ERP Expert - Finance Domain

- Has prior experience of working with Technology & customers to automate process in Finance/Shared service environment

- Knowledge of automation tools and self-service technologies like robotics, R or tableau desirable.

- Thoroughly understands customers business including upstream and downstream processes

- Proficient in Finance domain with some knowledge of compliance/regulatory requirements

- Good communication skills and effectively handles stakeholders

- Proficient in knowledge of technology ecosystems

- Demonstrates sound analytical skills

- Has ability to identify opportunities for process excellence

Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience with RPA technology, Blue Prism preferred.

- Experience with common data science toolkits R or Tableau

- Good communication skill and problem solving skills

- Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL(preferable).

- Need to Map correct technology platform like RPA/R/Tableau to the requirements and suggest technology solution

- Minimum 2-6 yrs. of Experience
