Requirement: Manager - Sales force
- 5+ years of relevant Salesforce.com work experience, with 1-2 years in people management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (with Salesforce.com certified administrator / Developer preferred)
- Hands on experience with Salesforce.com CRM instance of 1000+ user base, administration and enhancement
- Strong knowledge of Sales cloud, Standard/Custom Objects, workflow & approval processes, Security model.
- Experience managing and ensuring User Issue resolution (case management) in a fast paced environment, leading the helpdesk support team of salesforce.com administrators.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and ability to communicate clearly with partners across geographical location.
- Manage multiple priorities and exhibit strong multi tasking capabilities to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Team Handling:
1. Monitoring And Evaluating Team Performance (Measure, track and meet SLA metrics)
2. Ensuring On-Going Team Coaching And Development that Motivates, Empowers And Retains Talent
