This position will play an integral role in establishing and executing the independent validation testing relative to the third party Ongoing Oversight process. This role will be involved in executing the methodology/practices, formalizing and implementing the independent validation function, making sure that evidence substantiate the information previously submitted by the business units and staff groups the TLM COE.   The primary focus will be :   - Through the execution of sample testing substantiate the existence, accuracy and completeness of evidence that support the Ongoing Oversight information submitted to the TLM COE   - Ensure workpapers are comprehensive, meet the objectives of the review, are clear and concise, and in compliance with the Independent validation testing methodology.   - Schedule and facilitate opening and closing meetings the business units and staff group   - Discuss results of the review with the business units/staff groups and report results to the Director.   - Identify leading practices and drive improvements to the methodologies/processes.   - Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on the validation methodologies/processes.   - Fulfill requests for testing workpapers from the regulators, the internal audit group or other control groups.   - Create and maintain workpaper templates.   - Ensure workpapapers are maintained appropriately.   Qualifications   The qualified individual will have:   - Minimum 2-4 years experience in compliance, internal/external audit, or other testing function.   - Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and independent testing and monitoring activities.   - Ability to multi-task, work in a constantly changing and deadline-driven environment, and challenge the status quo/think outside the box.   - Successful candidates must also possess the following soft skills:   - Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a matrix environment and on cross-functional teams.   - Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
