The Manager will lead a small team of marketing analysts who are responsible for managing campaigns for some markets in JAPA region.
In order to be successful in this role the incumbent should have following core skills:
- Strong people leadership skills to lead, coach and mentor a high performing team
- Strong process acumen to help understand campaign management process and to help drive process efficiencies.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills to liaise closely with key stakeholders
- Strong Analytical skills to provide consultation to the marketing partners on campaign targeting, channel and test and control design.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Marketing Partners to help them navigate through Campaign Set up tools. Ensure accuracy and correctness of campaign input parameters.
- Partner closely with AET teams to drive flawless execution of campaign through our marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to enhance campaign strategies while ensuring investments are optimized.
- Leverage data, MIS and campaign tracking tools to enhance campaign targeting, segmentation, contact strategy and channel performance.
- Build strong relationships with marketing partners to influence campaign strategy and design, set up Test & Learn designs to improve effectiveness of campaigns
- Lead regular campaign management forums with markets to provide insights on campaign performance and alignment of campaign planning
- Share best practices and successful campaigns across international markets
- Drive production process efficiencies.
- Lead a team of 3-4 team members fostering a high performance culture.
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing, project management, risk management, finance, capabilities management
- Strong team management experience - ability to coach and mentor the team
- Proven ability to develop and leverage relationships - influencing and negotiation skills are critical.
- Strong leadership skills, experience in leading projects and effective management of stakeholders along with strong communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, collaborating and influencing skills to manage large, cross functional projects.
- Analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Knowledge of SAS or other programming language.
