When you join #TeamAmex, you become part of a diverse community of over 60,000 colleagues, all with a common goal to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. &nbsp; Function Description: &nbsp; Global Services Group (GSG) brings together the company's external and internal servicing functions, and includes number of world-class organizations: &nbsp; Emerging as the Enterprise Sales Operations & Business Enablement utility (SABE) within GSG is an internal servicing team providing sale performance reporting, platform servicing &amp; capabilities, marketing operations &amp; other business enablement services driving standardization &amp; agility for the organization. GSG &amp; SABEs vision is to make internal servicing as strong as external servicing and thus it keeps pushing the boundaries for Sales &amp; marketing group- s effectiveness through innovative use of technology &amp; process transformation. Responsibilities: - Track user reported issues for Analytical Platforms &amp; Products Monitor Customer Support inboxes for requests for assistance &nbsp; Open tickets in ticketing application to document user contact Perform level 1/2/3 analysis of issue to evaluate if assistance is required from other groups - Work with product owners &amp; technical teams to consult on user queries &amp; suggest improvements on platforms/products. - Open IMRs for break/fix issues &amp; assign to Application support team. Evaluate criticality and assign proper severity. - Communicate with individual users via email, instant messenger, telephone, and LiveMeeting to analyze problem and provide updates / issue resolutions Provide one-on-one communication to confirm receipt of an issue and the opening of a ticket Contact user for additional issue clarification Provide updates and ticket resolution to user - Maintain user access to supported systems Comply with data access&nbsp; and business policies and procedures Request proper approvals for each access Maintain detailed records for each access granted - Perform administrative functions on all applications Access all applications as an administrative user to perform administrative functions - Take action upon reports to maintain compliance Coordinate with the Network Information, Controls and Policy team on a monthly basis to review and take action on all users flagged on a monthly Unauthorized User report Respond to and take action on periodic ID Reclamation&nbsp;audits regarding system non-use - Maintain documentation for processes used by the customer support team, and for known issues Document new issues to share with team members Keep support models for each application up to date - Communicate to users via Share point team site and email regarding outages and system impacts that affect large user bases Minimum Qualifications Academic Background - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business or Analytical focus (e.g, Math) and/or Engineering - 2+ Years- experience as a Business Systems Analyst /Business Analyst with product servicing&nbsp;Experience Preferred: Credit Card Industry Experience, In-depth knowledge on supporting Data Platforms Functional &amp; Technical Skills: - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact equally effectively with Customers and with Technologies - 1-2&nbsp; years of experience in supporting business partners&nbsp; in a Product Support / Helpdesk environment&nbsp;working with Technology Organizations - 1-2 years of hands on experience working with any ticket management tool, e.g. JIRA or Service Now - Hands On experience &nbsp;in Hive, SQL, SAS, Python &nbsp; - Supporting IT Infrastructure is must have American Express is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, age, or any other status protected by law &nbsp; Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
