Through this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of learning at American Express. </p> <br> Responsibilities:&nbsp;</div><div><p><br></p><p>- No two days will be alike, but there are some things you can count on. You will: </p><br> -   Work on Design projects with an emphasis on effective learning that changes behaviors, improves business results, is engaging, and interactive. <br><br></div><div> <p>-   Think outside of the box and work on new strategies, capabilities, creative elements, and proofs-of-concept that support Chrysalis. </p><div><br></div><p> -   Work closely with Business Partners and SMEs to collaborate, challenge the status quo when necessary and develop highly effective solutions that closes behavior gaps, improves performance, and drives business results. </p><div><br></div><p> -   Design, create, and build learning content to support Chrysalis initiatives. </p><div><br></div><p> -   Work closely with colleagues, business partners, and subject matter experts to define behaviors required to achieve desired business results and apply effective learning strategies for improvement.</p><div><br></div><p>-   Write training related assessments in an electronically delivered medium to meet the objectives as defined by the design document.<br></p><div><br></div><p> -   Be able to effectively project and manage your development efforts and execute the vision you have for your programs/projects. </p> <br>Qualifications: <br><br> -   A degree or certification in Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Education or 3-5 years of on-the-job application. <br><br></div><div> <p>-   Proven experience with Instructional Design and the ability to write course /lesson level content that drives performance objectives. </p><div><br></div><p> -   The ability to write application level test questions, creating strong mechanisms as well as scenario-based test questions and response choices for all international support needs. </p><div><br></div><p> -   Proven e-learning design and development experience and experience with designing and developing blended learning solutions using industry standard software and tools. </p><div><br></div><p> -   Experience developing multiple projects at one time successfully even when those projects may fall outside of core responsibilities. </p><div><br></div> -   Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, driving diverse work groups to collaborative solutions. <br><p><br></p><p> -   Demonstrated experience applying usability principles and user interface best practices. </p><p><br></p><p> -   Expertise with Design tools including Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate, JavaScript, HTML5, and others. </p><p><br></p><p> -   Experience with using Learning Management Systems a plus. </p><p><br></p><p> -   Agile Project Management a plus. </p><p><br></p><p> -   Experience in game-based learning, mobile learning, video-based learning, will be a plus. </p><p><br></p> Job type- Permanent<br><br> Industry Type - Customer Care<br><br>The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
