Acting as the Workstream Business SME, the candidate will be a representative ambassador for the business unit assigned.   - Provide day to day support and coordination with the Workstream team. This position will interact with technologies/AET, business groups, and other project teams in achieving the project work stream's goals and objectives.   - Ensure SLA deliverables are met.   - Work closely with the operations and technology partners to drive immediate and long-term resolution to production issues.   - Participate in periodical calls with key customers and provide regular customer updates.   - Ensure knowledge management through process documentation including process flows, training decks, FAQ etc   - Assists in the development and deployment of preventative maintenance procedures.   - Identify opportunities and drive process improvements to bring efficiency in the process.   - Generate various MIS reports for the portfolio   - Experience implementing Oracle/Ariba Financials/TLM Contracting is highly desirable.   - Previous relevant exposure to Payment tools, helping to develop, coordinating and executing   - To collaborate with Business partner & with Delivery teams to build strategies   - Ability to work/coordinate with various teams & focus on Delivering High-Quality Solution.   Qualifications:   - Excellent Customer Interaction Skills & understanding their requirements and translating them into Business solutions.   - Improve on and where necessary develop monitoring solutions to ensure application stability and informational notifications.   - Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology and as per risk guidelines   - Root cause analysis, incident management and client relationship management in partnership with Technical Support team members.   Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Finance   #NOLI
