There is a strong collaboration component to this role as this role will work closely with the Sales team, Product, Servicing, Central teams, Finance, Compliance and Consumer. - This position will be responsible for leading the marketing strategies, implementation and measurement of all digital acquisition programs and all customer engagement activities across the Commercial card customer lifecycle. Job Description : - Set the Digital acquisition strategy across all digital channels: Media, Search, PR, Site, and Partnerships. - Execute marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement in sales leads and business growth.Lower Funnel digital acquisition strategy to execute across site &amp; lead form/application experience. - Set the strategy for prospect site experience including organic search, ensuring customer prospect experience is optimised. - Set the strategy for digital lead referral/application experience across all GCS products - Partnership acquisition strategy: develop and implement the acquistion strategy for a best in class Partner referral program. - Lead Generation strategies to penetrate high spending and high potential target segments incorporating the following elements: - Prospect universe data modelling, leveraging global best practices. - Outbound and inbound campaign development to support sales channels. - Diverse warm and cold lead generation sources - Drive the customer triggers strategy for India. This involves understanding customer behaviours and how behaviour can be influenced via triggers using a multi channel approach. Collaboration with the Account - Development teams will be critical for success in engaging our high value customers. - Develop and execute the digital strategy and capabilities for existing customers. This includes site optimization, cross sell and upsell capabilities, all digital journeys, offers, mobile usage and engagement, desktop capabilities, new digital innovations designed to enhance customer experiences. Collaboration with the consumer digital customer experience team will be critical. - Develop and execute a digital media strategy that enables effective reach of all existing customers through social media and other digital channels. This will be key to scaling reach and accelerating Amex brand consideration to prospects linked to our existing customers. - Own and execute communications to the customer base. This includes product and engagement communications. - Own and execute the Membership Rewards marketing strategy which will result in customers being more engaged. Develop segmentation that will support the communications strategy. - Optimize the customer lifecycle to ensure meaningful and relevant interaction with the customer at every touch point. This includes communications that focus on product benefits as well as coverage gains. Minimum Qualifications : Qualification and Skills : The role has broad marketing responsibilities and thus the ideal candidate should possess : - Minimum 11-12 years digital marketing experience - preferably in marketing leadership roles. - Strategic thinking &amp; effectiveness - ability to interpret business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and think through the end-to-end experience. - Ability to drive results with a focus on commercial outcomes with demonstrated results. Ensuring that initiatives are measurable, reportable, and provide that reporting in a timely and relevant manner. - A collaborative style of doing business - ability to influence, gain support, resolve conflict and work in a matrix organisation. In particular drive tight engagement across sales &amp; marketing. - Partnership management - ability to negotiate, influence and gain support in partner channels. - Strong experience in leading a team - effectively lead a growing team with a focus on empowering and inspiring your direct reports to deliver against goals and leadership development areas. - Strong channel and budget management experience, including proven ability to deliver on time &amp; within budget. - Strong Analytical and Data capabilities - Undertake ongoing campaign analysis to monitor marketing channel performance and ROI on investments. - B2B marketing experience is desirable, but not critical. - A high personal accountability which leads to strong experience in driving results. - Graduation in any discipline; MBA / post-graduation in business / marketing from top B-schools preferred - Proven experience in successfully managing and leading Agency relationships to deliver high quality marketing - Understanding of consumer perspective and ability to effectively analyze customer data to create insight-led Marketing strategies and campaigns - We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
