- Deliver custom analytics and insights focused on the product and marketing roadmap for American Express Website, Mobile App and Digital Partnership Products
- Support A/B and MVT experimentation analysis as well as define and develop new KPIs, customer segmentation(s) and predictive models to drive - digital adoption and engagement- for all customer facing digital assets across organisation
- Power in-depth strategic analysis and provide analytical and decision support by mining digital activity data and organisations closed loop data
- Gain deep functional understanding of the digital assets over time and ensure analytical insights are relevant and actionable
- Participate in ideation, design, and execution of MVT and A/B/N tests
- Experienced professional in a team member role, well versed in statistical modeling techniques. Nature of work is similar to Analyst 1 but level of supervision is lower.
- Position requires higher levels of knowledge and skill. Assigned tasks are of low to medium complexity
Qualification
- 1-2 years+ analytics experience with a background in quantitative business analysis and statistical and modeling techniques; experience in digital analytics preferred
- Graduate/Post graduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field from a premier institute
- Knowledge of statistical software (SAS, SQL, Machine Learning) and manipulating large and complex data sets; experience with Teradata preferred
- Strategic thought leadership and problem solving skills with ability to solve unstructured and complex business problems
