Power for seven consecutive years.   A career at American Express is rich in experience and offers opportunities to build lasting relationships with our customers.   Come join us and realize your potential.   - The position is responsible for developing, monitoring and enhancing the case setup, treatment and communication strategies for the CPS CMs portfolio   - Proactively tracking US-CPS Case setup portfolio metrics to generate insights on enhancements to existing strategies   - Continuous monitoring of the decision quality of existing case-setup and treatment actions through proactive counterintuitive case analysis and MIS   - Partnering with Global Credit Network to ensure seamless execution of strategies and keeping a continuous dialogue to enhance CCP performance and Action decision quality   - The position will also work closely with the CPS Authorizations as well as modeling team to ensure seamless alignment across functions   Qualifications  1.Strong analytical and programming skills like Sas, SQL, Unix etc  2.Bachelor's or Master's degree relevant to the industry.  3.Good knowledge of various data mining tools and experience of working with unstructured data is a plus.  4.Ability to innovate and solve complex capability problems  5.Strong relationship and collaboration skills  6.Proven ability to work with multiple business partners - Good communication skills - ability to present work in large forums and to summarize information well for senior leaders  - Results driven and able to perform multiple tasks, work to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks.  Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Operations   #NOLI
