The Global Product Development & Operational Excellence (GPD & OPS) organization, within GCP, is instrumental in ensuring achievement of these objectives.

The DS&I is part of the GPD & OPS organization. It is the analytical engine that powers profitable business growth through consultative and innovative solutions across GCP. The listed job is an exciting opportunity for supporting the Global Product Development & Operational Excellence organization and be a part of the Performance Analytics in DS&I.

Performance analytics measures and tracks the key metrics of the business and undertakes bespoke analytics to enable decision insights. These are the important indicators and valuable for Business Leaders to help determine whether the business is performing well or improvements need to be made. As a part of DS&I India, you- ll have the opportunity to develop and deliver business performance analytics to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Adapt the global reporting strategy to support reporting needs and requirements

- Partner with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners and Senior leaders to assess and provide reporting and analytical solutions to fulfill business requirements

- Provide requested ad-hoc reporting and monthly packs, master & leverage information across various data sources, cross-tabulating to integrate, synthesize and enrich information by leveraging various reporting solutions (SAS, SQL, Excel, Access, etc.)

- Deliver insightful reporting, improve data integrity and management, and create analytics to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance

- Devise process improvement tools and methodologies that will ensure successful and timely implementation of new products or initiatives

- Work with AD/Sales teams in carrying out both reactive and proactive analysis of large amounts of structured and unstructured data involving a wide range of database management software, statistical and predictive techniques - Provide strategic insights to optimize field performance including such measures as retention, and revenue optimization

- Demonstrate Project Management capabilities to drive business strategies and process improvement initiatives

- Implement processes to drive data governance and implement quality controls - Create and maintain SOP documentation for all process specific tasks

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required.

- 3-4 year's professional experience developing business analytics

- Ability to leverage technology to solve for reporting needs - Advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint & SQL

- Experience in working on enterprise level data mining tools like SAS, Hyperion etc is desired

- A proven track record for making sound business decisions, setting direction and managing both short and long-term goals to achieve high quality operational results and customer commitment

- A demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure environment with minimal errors - Strong ability to formulate and communicate strategies in a clear, compelling way

- Strong relationship management skills with a proven track of positively collaborating & influencing internal and external partners

- Strong Organization skills and Project management skills

- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking with experience working in a global environment

- Strong Team Player and customer focused

- Strong Time Management skills

- Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings
