American Express - Assistant Manager - Offers & Promotions

Responsibilities:

- Manage marketing alliances/offers ( both Online and Offline ) to drive billed business for American Express Network Portfolio

- Leverage 360 degree marketing channels to roll out marketing offers to customers

- Complete ownership for the Registered Card offer enrollment capability for India market, ensuring maximum utilization of the tool to drive marketing campaigns

- Manage marketing alliances/offers to drive billed business for American Express Premium Portfolio

- One point contact for all offer related activities

- Management and end to end ownership of the offers website ( American Express Connect)

- Work closely with cross functional and external partners ( from various industries)

- Work with internal and external teams/stakeholders to achieve metrics/targets pertaining to all marketing programs

- Own and drive EPP/EMI @POS Program rollout and scale up, online merchants, OEMs, and via digital capabilities such as Safekey

- Overall programme management in terms of managing program metrics, undertaking necessary marketing interventions/campaigns to track program metrics to target, and enhancing program scope/scale, appeal and customer experience

- Monitor competitor activities / developments in the industry and work with the marketing team to define responses to competitor activities where appropriate.

- Work with internal Review Board stakeholders to approve marketing claims being used in creative work.

- Report results and insights post marketing campaign/offer rollout

Qualifications Required:

- MBA with 5+ years of experience

- Good understanding of the consumer financial services industry

- Expertise in leading multiple projects and driving results through direct and indirect resources

- Must be a self-starter and results oriented

- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Strong numerical ability

- Energetic and highly motivated - keen learner

- Ability to collaborate and work in a multi-cultural environment
