It imperative we build the brand and drive awareness, consideration, preference and loyalty amongst the universe of potential and existing CM through a strong communication and media plan. Amex India is looking for a Assistant Marketing Manager- Communication planning to build the brand leveraging the products and services we have to offer. Responsibilities: 1.Work on developing the communication strategy for Brand Amex and its product lines. 2.Comm Calendar planning along with Product and CMO team 3. Responsible with consistent messaging and delivery across all touchpoints 4.Working with Digital lead to agree on messaging mapping in line with agreed calendar 5.Responsible to agree comms briefs and work with agency briefing and ensure on time delivery of the same 6.Lead and Manage comms planning, execution team for lending & charge products 7.Manage the approval process ( ARB+IMH) and ensure smooth functioning 8. Responsible for publishing campaign reports- communication effectiveness 9. Manage creative agency planning and efficiency 10.Responsible for on budget delivery Critical Factors to Success: - Brand health scores - Acquisition, Billing increase - CM engagement Experience: 1. 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with a financial service category, consumer services or goods industry, FMCG, Premium brand will be given preference 2. Should have handled ATL, BTL, Communication development and delivered on successful campaigns 3. Should have handled creatives and media agencies and budgets Minimum Qualifications : Academic Background : MBA preferred Functional Skills/Capabilities: 1 Ability to conceptualize and implement communication development and execution 2. High level of organization and attention to detail 3.
