Roles and Responsibilities: - To work on the transaction and corporate legal assignments. - Candidate must have relevant experience on the corporate transaction and corporate advisory work including structuring of transactions, preparing transaction documents, and negotiations up to closure. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams both internally and externally in an efficient manner as per Blue Box Values. Desired Skills and Experience - Qualitative legal advice, eye for the detail, excellent English ( written and oral), punctual, quick turnaround time, team worker, hardworking, aptitude for Legal Research, good Drafting Skills - Excellent working understanding of Excel, MS word and PPTs Qualifications: - A qualified lawyer having 4+ years post qualification quality work experience in the banking and finance industry, litigation Strong understanding of corporate laws and finance laws, privacy, anti-trust, litigation fields. - Excellent communication skills, in particular, the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and concisely to non-specialists in an MNC environment and the presence to gain credibility with senior and demanding colleagues. - Most importantly a positive attitude, growth mindset, will to win and a team player.
