Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager - Interior Designing. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of premium interior designing / furnishing projects executed by Amenify India. The Operations Manager will be responsible for working with Amenify's interior designers, coordinating with vendors, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

- Experience in interior designing for homes / offices, executing turnkey projects, project management, and team management

- Proficient with BOQ (Bill of Quantity), Pricing management, Client negotiations, Vendor management, and Invoice management

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Designing or other related field
