Ambit Holdings - Investment Banking Analyst - Corporate Finance

Looking for Analyst - Investment Banking in our Corporate Finance business.

Qualification: Engineering from IIT with one year of experience in financial services or related organisation.

A domestic investment bank is looking to hire an Investment Banking Analyst.

Key Responsibilities are as follows :

- Research tracking sectors/ companies

- Culling out data using various databases like Bloomberg, Capitaline, etc

- Assist in Financial modelling & valuations

- Preparing client presentations, pitches, reports

- Overall assisting the team in various projects / transactions

Key Skills Required :

Functional :

- Presentation skills - creating / formatting power point presentations. Also well versed with Excel skills.

- Basic understanding of financial statements and ability to interpret them.

- Accounting knowledge

- Understanding of financial industry

- Strong Analytical skills

Behavioral :

- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

- Team Player
