Designation : Associate - Equity Capital Markets

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : Engineering / CA with MBA from Tier I institute

Experience : 1- 2 years post MBA

Key Role Responsibilities :

- Assist the execution teams in ECM transaction execution

- Ensure due diligence - quality of deliverables from accuracy and clarity perspectives.

- Collate and maintain backups and transaction records.

- Should understand regulatory aspects - Security Control Regulatory Act (SCRA)

- SEBI ICD Regulations; SEBI Takeover Code; SEBI Delisting Regulations, relevant portions of the Companies Act.

- Command over drafting skill, business written English should be of high quality.

Key Skills Required :

Functional :

- In-depth knowledge of SEBI ICD regulations, takeover code, listing law, delisting regulations,

- Understanding of market practices, acceptable interpretations of the law

- Familiarity with functioning of SEBI, professional relationships at dealing officer levels

- Good communication / drafting skills

- Personality - Ability to handle the balance between client needs and the responsibility as a merchant banker
