Associate/Analyst - Product & Advisory

Role description:

- Mapping the investment universe (Growth + Profitable companies) and the investor pool (Family office / UHNI / HNIs)

- Business and financial analysis of investment proposals / Traditional & Digital companies

- Building reports / IM / business / valuation models and other investor collateral

- Pitching to potential investors and addressing queries

- Coordinating with other legal and financial advisors to close the transaction documents (SPA/SSA/others)

Functional skills:

- Understanding of legal documents / financial statements and ability to interpret them

- Understanding of an equity transaction, stages, process and documentation required

- Strong presentation skills - creating / formatting power point presentations

- Strong business modeling, analytical and excel skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English language.
