Designation : Account Manager

Location : Mumbai

Education : MBA/PGDM in Finance

Experience : 3- 4 years

Functional skills -

- Basic understanding of financial statements and ability to interpret them.

- Basic understanding of an equity transaction, stages, process and documentation required

- Strong presentation skills - creating / formatting powerpoint presentations

- Strong business modeling, analytical and Excel skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English language.

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Would be working in the Alternates / Direct deals team

- Drafting and editing support in SPA and other transaction documents

- Overall transaction execution support & documentation

- Analyze large data sets, culling out data using various databases like Bloomberg, Capitaline, etc

- Building and tracking internal databases

- Assist in Financial modeling & valuations

- Preparing client presentations, pitches, reports

- Overall assisting the team in various projects / transactions
