Responsibilities:

- Take a lead role in end-to-end finance management.

- Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same.

- Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization.

- Maintain investor relations and reporting.

- Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.

- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives.

- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.

- Coordinate and oversee external & internal audits, liaising with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.

- Manage and lead a finance team, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development.

Requirements:

- CA with a minimum 10 years of experience.

- Leadership role of minimum 4 years.

- Direct Tax/Indirect Tax Compliance.

- Good Analytical skills.

- Good Communication skills.

- Experienced in corporate finance and investor relations.
