Objectives of this Role : - Onboard property management groups across US and Europe. - Personally onboard big size property management groups (Firms with Billion+ market cap, 30k + beds) - Lead a team of BD managers to onboard mid and small size property management groups (below 30k+ beds) - Understand and resolve challenges to onboard property management groups. Different regions come up with different challenges in terms of onboarding - Identify trends and property management's needs, building a short/medium/long-term Partnership pipeline in accordance with targets. - Maintain a great working relationship with the property management partners. Once we onboard a property management group, we need to have regular calls with property management groups in order to understand and resolve pain points. - Negotiate contracts to optimise the revenue. Our primary source of revenue is marketing fees/commissions from property management groups. You will be the key person to have a direct impact on companies revenues - Do local real estate/market research to understand supply-demand matching scenarios in a particular region to determine the best property management group to acquire - Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new partnerships. - Motivate the business development team, track performance, and report metrics. - Liaise with property management groups to optimise the booking process - Regularly share the market insights with the sales and marketing team to optimise the bookings and revenue Skills and Qualifications : - Minimum 4 years of successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Head of Business Development - Working experience with sales techniques - Proven ability to plan and manage resources - Ability to create and deliver effective presentation Perks : - Fast-paced growth - Total freedom and authority - Great Compensation - Vibrant team
