Location: Dehradun

Preferably for Air Condition Manufacturing background

Experience: 8-16 Yrs

- Development & Procurement of Air Conditioners.

- Commodity buying like Copper, Alumunicion, GP sheets, Compressor.

- Certification and product registration based on the country regulation and safety requirement.

- Responsible for Vendor development & Vendor management, Monitor relationships and contracts with suppliers , Evaluation of vendor performance score in quality.

- Product development and supply to Ensure supply of the product as per market requirements at right time, right price and right quality.

- Product planning aligned with forecasting, buffer management requirements, lead time, on time ordering and release of orders as per defined commercial terms.

- Production of goods, quality inspections of goods and delivery as requirements and timelines.

- Plastic raw material Purchase for air conditioner plastic parts.

- Monitoring of Raw Material rates for Polymer & Ensure cost optimization.

- Contract finalization with plastic raw material suppliers.

- Cost optimization of supplied products and related inventories.

- Interacting with Logistic team, R&D team, Marketing, Suppliers, QA team for CAPA

- Lead new Product Development on design aspects from overseas vendors.

- Product evaluation and making observations and recommendations., Complete ownership and custodian of products submitted as samples involving evaluation responsibility, report submission and maintaining / disposal of samples with appropriate records.

- Cost reduction by value engineering, negotiation, alternate source development and SOB.

- Spare part procurement of air conditioners and refrigeration products from china and India.

- Close coordination with the service team ,planners and RPC for the planning and scheduling.

- Handling GRN at National part Centre, part identification ,vendor payment activity.

- Inventory management ,cost control and Tracking of the spares.
