Your responsibilities as an SDR:1. Developing a deep understanding of the product offerings and industry-specific use cases
2. Building and executing B2B sales strategies across various channels to achieve sales objectives
3. Taking complete control of the B2B sales process from initiating contact, understanding requirements, identifying key decision makers and creating strong long-term relationships with customers
4. Measuring, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics on a weekly basis
5. Effective collaboration with different teams to deliver on time as per stated requirements
What we're looking for:1. A research-oriented person with 4-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in a startup environment
2. Experience in working with companies in the US and Europe across sectors like Pharmaceutical, Pharmacy, CPG, Retail, AdTech, Digital Health, Skincare, Insurance, Fitness, Home automation
3. A data-driven mindset with an experience in CRMs and sales management tools
4. Detail oriented and good intuition (what works, what doesn't, and how can we make this better) with an ability to provide reasoning for decisions
5. A solid understanding of capabilities and willingness to push yourself beyond boundaries
6. Should possess the ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with a diverse group of people
