Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, driving project schedules and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. While executing projects using our current processes and tools you will be engaged in the software development process, driving product requirements for tools that will make future launches easier and more flexible.   The right candidate will possess a strong program management background with demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. An ability to take large programs and break them down into manageable pieces, communicate and mentor teams to allow them to deliver results in a successful manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.  Summary of Responsibilities  - Resolving vendor and customer issues through problem-solving and cross-team collaboration  - Gathering and driving Business and Systems requirements from internal and external customers to streamline operations to increase automation and efficiency  - Identify and drive projects to increase vendor self-service through improved tools, training, or processes  - Drive communication between retail teams and external support teams to deliver results  - Possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities along with the ability to apply this data to drive decisions  Education, Experience and Skills  - Bachelor's degree  - 5+ years- experience working in retail, operations and/or technology industry  - Experience managing projects and/or programs  - Skill and experience communicating and presenting to leaders  - Experience working with tools and applications within a distributed computing environment, including all core MS Office applications  Preferred Skills  - Background in operations, vendor management, in-stock, and/or product management preferred  - Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies  - Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in dynamic environment  - Strong communications ability  - Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed  - Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves  - Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
