This person will have a mandate to look at all aspects of the business and make the right trade-offs that deliver an acceptable level of CX at the lowest cost possible. This role needs significant stakeholder management with key partner teams being operations (last-mile and fulfilment center), sales and business development and selection and in-stock (stocking) teams.You will engage actively with Senior Leadership and in some cases with global teams. Ability to engage with multiple stake holders from across different teams in Amazon and influence them- 4. Ability to take complete end to end ownership of an initiative till execution; subsequently setting up processes for operating teams seamlessly take over and execute on a daily basis- 5. Ability to define project deliverables, timelines and set up mechanisms to track inputs and outputs for the projects; strong communication skills- 6. Strong business instincts to identify waste in the system, Ability to put structure around ambiguous problems, conceptualise the solution and break the solution phased deliverables.- Basic qualifications 1. 5+ years in program management, operations/supply chain or category management 2. Proven track record of owning and delivering projects/programs 3. Proven track record of working with cross category stakeholders. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. 6. Estimates impacts and aligns partner teams to work together to eliminate that defect 3. Conducts meetings with partner teams to ensure that previously identified opportunities are being closed 4. Presents new opportunities to leadership as crisp documents to ask for resourcing and prioritisation (if needed) 5. Reviews upcoming plans with leadership and leads partner teams in solutioning for the most efficient method to deliver on the plans.
