- Develop a 2040 vision for water and waste, circularity, equitable communities across Rest of World (RoW) operations. - Build this vision into a roadmap with a glidepath, regular check-in points, and communication outlets to senior leadership (VP and directors) for visibility/approval on initiatives and financing - Drive senior leadership adoption of water and waste, circularity, community equity goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders across Worldwide Operations, Procurement, Finance, Business Intelligence, Product and other support teams to establishing effective water and waste, circularity, equitable community strategies, best practices, data governance, data substantiation and reporting solutions that transcend specific business units and geographies - Create subject specific (water and waste, circularity, equitable communities) external partnership development - Track progress towards water and waste, circularity, equitable communities' goals, ensuring alignment and coordination of efforts across diverse operations businesses and stakeholders - Establish robust reporting mechanisms to highlight progress for senior leadership, drawing attention to where support is needed - Identify areas where innovation will enable us to improve water conservation, waste management, circularity, build equitable communities and work across operations stakeholders to pilot and implement. Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience working cross functionally with tech teams - Experience with water conservation. Some experience in waste management, circularity, and equitable communities will be desirable.
