The Softlines(Fashion) Private Brands team is looking for a talented, smart, experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Program Manager to help us build an exceptional and authoritative fashion destination at Amazon. Our mission is to create a world-class fashion store where customers will discover, research and buy Earth's Biggest Selection of apparel and related accessories. Joining the Amazon Softlines Private Brands team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will manage the Amazon Accelerator program and be responsible for building the next generation of emerging private brands across all apparel and non-apparel fashion categories. This is an early stage initiative with a fast-paced, highly collaborative start-up like environment inside Amazon. To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible and entrepreneurial and comfortable operating with ambiguity. You should be passionate about the potential customer and business impact and will operate at all levels, diving deep into the operational details while providing strategic inputs for the development of the program. You will work with external manufacturers and internal stakeholders to launch new selection and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will also partner with global teams in developing and deploying scalable tools and processes to drive operational excellence and program growth.
