- The Role will entail setting up, training, auditing and execution of Compliance requirements as mandated by WW Amazon compliance teams for the LH Surface Transportation Business in India. It requires working with external and Internal stakeholders to ensure that ATS runs a fully compliant Surface transportation Network. Also to include setting up of desired SOPs and working with 3P Carrier partners to ensure adherence of the same.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
