Amazon - Senior Marketing Manager

It is still Day 1 at Amazon.

While we have grown quickly over last few years there are still many consumers who have yet to shop with us. The Reach team, within the India Consumer Engagement team, is responsible for launching new initiatives that drive demand from new pools of prospective customers, helping Amazon reach the next 500MM customers.

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager who is a passionate customer advocate and innovative in helping new to internet customers to shop online. We are looking to build an India first solution, that helps customer shop Amazon products by seeking assistance through their network of trusted acquaintances/influencers. As a Sr.MM, she/he must be able to differentiate the needs of different customer segments, influencers. The Sr.MM is also expected to ideate, strategize and implement marketing plans to acquire influencers and customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Demonstrated extensive experience and proven record in managing pan-India/regional marketing projects with multiple stakeholders and show proven expertise in marketing strategy, digital media planning, on-site merchandising, measurement and execution.

- A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans that are engaging and effective.
