We are seeking an experienced and results-driven marketer to develop and execute brand marketing and new product launch marketing for our Private Brands products. You will drive marketing plans and lead content development for our Private Brands business in India. You will work across a diverse portfolio of products, partner with multiple teams across Amazon, co-ordinate and work with external agency partners and have an opportunity to drive the marketing story for Amazon India's Private Brands.

The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrate great "voice" and content creation chops (i.e. strong writing skills), show strong ownership and commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in marketing and merchandising. He or she will be able to think strategically and execute flawlessly. He or she will have a proven track record of delivering results within brand marketing. The ideal candidate will utilize data and customer insights to develop strategies that evolve and grow our private brands. This individual must excel in managing cross-functional efforts and partnering multiple stakeholders such as agencies - consumer research, creative and design agencies, product management teams, content development teams, internal stakeholders, legal, compliance, category managers and product imaging teams amongst others.

Core Responsibilities:

Create and manage Amazon-wide and cross-category marketing strategies for a portfolio of brands with an aim to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention

- Drive awareness and discoverability of Private Brands products by closely partnering with global tech/ product teams

- New product launches in conjunction with Product Marketing Manager, giving inputs to the development of the product's editorial direction, style guidelines, and merchandising calendar

- Develop packaging design for new product launches in line with brand guidelines, consumer and category codes by partnering multiple creative agencies

- Develop actionable customer insights through consumer research/ data analytics

- Bring the brand and product story alive onsite by working on product imaging, copy, brand store and design innovation while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines

- Identify and maximize cross-interaction where businesses overlap (e.g., Pantry, Grocery, Baby, HPC, SnS, Amazon Family, Amazon Prime, Other Hardlines, Electronics etc.)

- Own one or more key traffic drivers for the brand, and working as an advocate with central marketing and traffic teams

- Work on driving Share of Private Brands voice across all cross-category events

Create measurement dashboards for assessing the impact of marketing activities

- Work with global Private Brands teams to launch new global Private Brands in India

- Be a passionate advocate for customers and be their voice, help ensure a high bar on customer experience
