Job Description: Senior Financial Analyst  - Provide controllership and analytical support to rapidly growing Transportation in India  - Responsibilities include Financial controls including Cash or Card Collections from 3P Carriers and through AMZL Network, Operating expense forecasting, financial metrics reporting. Responsibilities also include ad hoc analysis such as evaluating process and cost efficiencies.   - Prepare, update and review weekly and monthly metrics for Business Teams  - Evaluation of business and capital budget proposals   - Custodian of opex variance for the cost center  - Financial and analytical support to the leadership team in effective running of operations.  Basic Qualifications:  - 7+ years of related experience in finance, accounting or other related analytical experience  - MBA  - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel  - Expertise with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles  - Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment  - Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable items; strong analytical skills  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  - Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail  - Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads; understanding of finance issues in an operational environment of rapid growth.  - Fluency in standard software including Excel, Access, Cognos, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills a plus  Preferred Qualifications:  - Designing financial reports in Excel/Cognos/Access  - Solid problem solving and root cause analysis experience  - Excellent oral and written communication skills  - Strong analytical and business sense  - Ability to simplify financial processes and reports
