Amazon miniTV is shaping the future of digital video entertainment in India. We are looking for a smart, high performing results-oriented Sr. Engagement Manager to be a part of this new service launch and ramp-up. The successful candidate should be execute flawlessly while demonstrating ability to think strategically as well. Key job responsibilities

- Lead and execute the strategy of re-engaging customer cohorts: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.

- Develop Entertainment use-cases specific customer insights and follow segment trends closely to anticipate challenges and opportunities

- Develop, implement and evolve a cutting-edge strategy to showcase the depth of content catalogue.

- Build a creative approach to content marketing assets with new ideas that push boundaries.

- Identify opportunities and responding accordingly, engaging cross functional teams (product, tech, BI) where necessary

- Develop marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and track business results. Set up regular touchpoints with key stakeholders to review funnel health, assess pipeline health, and present learnings and opportunities to leadership.

Basic qualifications

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience communicating results to senior leadership

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred qualifications

- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
