We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a Regional HR Manager in Middle Mile & Special Handling Team in West Region, India.

- This position requires an individual who has significant employee and labor relations experience, deep subject matter knowledge, and strong communication and interpersonal skills that enables him or her to work successfully and independently on a broad spectrum of employee and labor relations issues and projects.

The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our initiatives around Middle Mile & SH Sites. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives and productivity

- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the associates to ensure a high level of associate engagement

- The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"

- Partner and influence senior leaders when necessary to ensure a positive associate experience

- Design and conduct multiple positive labor relations trainings and communications

- Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of associate feedback

- Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee/associate relations

- Success in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention and reward programs

- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement; Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements

- Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results

- A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions

- Independently own large scale, network-wide projects that improve the associate experience

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Strong internal and external customer service focus

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

 Basic Qualifications : 

- Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field preferred

- Resume that shows steady progression into HR Management for the last 8+ years

- Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports

- Prior experience supporting hourly employee client groups (distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)

- Must be able to travel up to 30-40% of the time

- Must be able to speak & read local language (West India)

Preferred Qualifications : 

- Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field preferred

- Resume that shows steady progression into HR Management for the last 8+ years
