Job Description: The successful candidate for this role will be a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about how process and systems work, understands the importance of planning before starting a new project, able to effectively execute the plan, think out of the box solutions to remove road-blocks, and keeps stakeholders and project members well-connected with status, milestones and challenges faced in implementing a project. The person should be number savvy, with an analytical mindset, demonstrated leadership qualities, communicate clearly, and be able to influence without authority. This person will need an ability to see the big picture/whole system and execute on grass root level to successfully complete projects. Additionally, should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric, and dynamic environment, and be able to engage with Leaders and Project members / participants from various C-Ops operations sites with confidence. It will be also be important for the successful candidate to be flexible with shift-timings (may be required to attend calls / meetings at business conducive to world-wide C-Ops teams), balance well between conflicting priorities, and seek Leadership support when required. Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Create / support / execute planning, implementation, reporting, and monitoring of projects / programs / initiatives. - Ensure that relevant documentation, plans, reports, etc. related to assignments are maintained and shared with project teams, stakeholders, and Leadership. - Collaborate / Coordinate with site-leadership, support teams, technology teams, and world-wide C-Ops teams to drive projects / programs / initiatives to successful completion. - Track progress against defined goals / milestones, and communicate updates across all levels in Operations, Program, Tech teams, ACES, HR, etc. - Collect data and / or analyze available data to observe trends, make projections, report on business metrics, etc. - Actively look out for opportunities for process improvement, remove process redundancies, and enhance quality of output for systems and people. - Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate. Basic Qualifications - Minimum 2 years experience in managing, leading and successfully delivering projects / programs, tracking milestones, sharing reports and updates with leadership / customers, and collaborating with stakeholders. - Overall work experience of 6 - 8 years, with at least 4 years in managing operations. - Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream. - Strong Analytical ability. - Strong business communication - both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Compliance/Regulations area. - Master's in Business Administration.
