Key job responsibilities : - Act as a program SPOC for agencies, to lead program led interventions for sponsored ads - Engage with CXOs/ Agency E-commerce heads on a regular basis to act as an Amazon Advertising consultant and product expert; work with the agency dev team to help agencies wrt sponsored ads support - Partner with internal teams (Marketing, program, CST/AM) to build training and enablement charter for the assigned agencies - Engage with agency stakeholders to drive adoption and usage of various tools and publish regular reports capturing inputs. - Ideate and build newer initiatives to scale agency expertise
