Amazon - Program Manager - New Business

Role :

This is part of the Operations and Supply chain team of a new category (health ) . This is a start up team, We are starting a new category from scratch and require team members to be able to deal with ambiguity, think first principles and bring in structured problem solving.

Skills :

1. Ability to do deal with ambiguity - structured, first principle problem solver

2. Should have experience in program / operations management - will need to design and scale processes

3. Experience in Last mile delivery / strategic planning and execution/ customer delivery and operations

4. Experience in capacity planning and forecasting would be helpful

5. Part of a healthcare startup / healthcare organization would be advantageous.

- Alternatively would look for Ex consultants from well known consulting firms (Technical program managers / Program managers who have focused on Software development / consulting- would typically not fit this role )

- 5+ years -Structured problem solving / program management
