Job Description :

- As the Program Manager, you will directly support in managing large scale programs , building footprint strategy and establishing mechanisms for CS model.

- Experience of managing end to end growth & expansion projects which includes ideating, planning & executing.

- The role will closely work with global stakeholders in CS & CS program owners at network level to implement program frameworks ensuring the same are on track and delivered as per agreed timelines.

- The role involves influencing global stakeholders and to collaborate, ideate and build mechanism at scale.

- These could be bringing the best programs/tools/mechanisms that are running across the globe - bringing them to India and also showcasing the best of India that can be exported to global

- Exceptional integrative thinking skills, exceptional analytical and quantitative skills;

- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
