Amazon - Program manager Amazon Renewed is a WW program and was launched India in Jan 2017 with a vision to build a trusted one stop destination for Customers to buy non-new products with the same trust and convenience as buying New products on A.in, while also enabling A.in Sellers to recover better realization for their returned products. One of the challenges we grapple on a regular basis is "How do we maintain a high bar on CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, without adverse impact on SELLER EXPERIENCE". As Renewed products are graded and refurbished by Sellers, and as there are no industry wide accepted practices on quality, Sellers define and follow their own quality practices. Due to this, there is a lack of uniformity on Quality standards which results in poor Customer experience. While the problem is complex, this is also an opportunity to define a gold standard for quality which can be guide-post for Refurbished players in India. We are seeking an experienced program manager who is comfortable to roll up their sleeves and get to the heart of the problem. Person should be comfortable with ambiguity and paranoid about quality, while taking decisions keeping Seller experience and Customer experience in mind. Note : High degree of proficiency with SQL is must. Key job responsibilities - The key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to) - - Setting up quality improvement framework and programs from scratch - Defining and owning quality related goals like Ratings, CPU and Return Rate - Maintaining high bar on Customer experience and Seller experience - Working with WW and IN stakeholders to replicate best practices - Identifying and driving automation and HOTW projects. Basic qualifications : - 2+ years experience in program or project management Preferred qualifications : - Basic Microsoft office and SQL knowledge is must. - Should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. - Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage. - Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable. - Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
