As Program Manager, you will be part of Amazon Line Haul operations team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Fulfillment Centers (FCs), Sort Centers (SCs), Supply Chain, Finance and Last Mile (LM) operations team. We are looking for individuals with proven ability to drive process improvements &amp; ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline driven environment. The individual should have a can-do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance. Your role will involve managing operational metrics, lead continuous cost improvement initiatives and planning for LineHaul network expansion. Role &amp; Responsibilities - Program manage the cost savings initiatives for Linehaul Network operations - Track existing metrics, identify leading indicators impacting Linehaul network cost, conduct impact assessment analysis &amp; drive mitigation measures etc. - Identify new initiatives &amp; work with cross-functional teams (analytics, operations finance etc.) to draw out detailed plan(s) &amp; drive their implementation - Understand industry landscape, trends and incorporate the learnings across programs - Program manage Linehaul network expansion - Support Supply Chain, SCs/FCs/LM operation &amp; program teams in building the Amazon network expansion strategy &amp; execution frameworks - Co-own &amp; drive programs with senior leaders
