Job summary

Amazon's Seller Success and Retention team works to ensure that brands and sellers can grow profitably on Amazon. We are looking for Program Manager who shares Amazon's passion for the customer, someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall seller experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible to own multiple projects to drive seller rewards programs. This is a high impact role where the candidate will drive program initiatives that impact multiple business functions and scale key seller success programs.

The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

Key job responsibilities :

- Create and own program roadmap to scale reward program and drive adoption to various initiatives

- Drive program adoption by working closely with multiple stakeholders

- Define close loop processes for problems that do not have obvious solutions; scale with the business' growth in volume and complexity. You will also need to continuously iterate to improve already launched programs and processes.

- Develop think big ideas to drive customer insights, engagement acquisition and retention

- Put on your thinking cap to conduct deep- dives and drive insights which enable improvement in the business and product metrics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- 2+ years experience in program or project management

- Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, programs initiatives and evaluate outcomes.

- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- 3+ years of product/program management experience in a mid-size or large company with a proven track record of successful delivery

- Familiar with advance analytical tools and techniques, with hands-on experience

- Experience presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner and in engaging and influencing senior executives.

- Ability to work independently with limited general supervision
