IN Advertising is one of the fastest growing business worldwide, and we are looking for a rockstar Product Manager in Brand Advertisement Division in India. We are building our self-service advertisement portal where Brands can run Ads on or off Amazon using Amazon's data. The candidate will work on developing on of the following products for this portal encompassing: user interface, creative formats, targeting, reporting and billing.

The candidate are expected to become experts in their domain, and should be able to work in an ambiguous environment. He/She should be able to identify ways to capture customer requirements, validate them through secondary research, design products to meet these requirements and have the ability to learn and become experts in ML based developments. He/She will also be responsible for owning the adoption and creating mechanisms to track performance of their products.

Key Competencies:

Experience: Candidate should have atleast 4+ years of experience in one of the following:

- Product management experience in advertisement/consumer facing/ payment products

- Business consulting experience in a premier consulting company (Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture)

- Brand Management with significant digital ad spends from a premium FMCG company (HUL, P&G, ITC, Mondelez etc )

Additionally:

- Candidate should not be averse to technical design & discussions

- Candidate should be from a Tier 1 B school
