The Procurement Manager Capex will build and lead procurement team for Capital Goods and Services procurement. This will include strategic elements like sourcing strategy; spend analysis, vendor identification and development as well as tactical elements like working with the Projects team on various packages and equipment's for building up new FC's and upgrading existing FC's.   - Identify and Develop vendor base for Capex, IT, Facilities, Consumables, Equipment Maintenance and other miscellaneous requirements of FC's.   - Identify and develop National/Regional vendor base Non Inventory requirements.   - Managing tendering process, vendor selection, negotiations and signing of long term contracts for consumables procured in high volumes.   - Identify and lead value engineering and localization opportunities to meet achieve aggressive cost optimization goals.   - Planning and Managing inventory of FC supplies.   - Partnering with internal customers to positively influence spending decisions   - Help manage and control Fixed Costs   - Develop and implement plans to achieve annual fixed and supply costs savings   - Help coordinate and establish required legal documentation   - Managing timely Vendor payment.  Basic Qualifications   - A completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university   - 8 - 10 years of experience in procurement in large organizations with proven track record of success  - Must have had experience in negotiation of contracts with local/national suppliers for supplies and service.   - Must be proficient in analysis and sourcing strategy for both projects and ongoing supplies .   Preferred Qualifications :  - Must have process improvement experience   - Experience in Oracle  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
