Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction to department(s) to meet vision of TRMS.
- Conceptualize and lead projects within and/or outside of department or region to achieve department (s) goals.
- Implement best-in-class practices to maintain and exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Owns and drives capacity planning and workflow for department (s).
- Partner with support functions such as Engineering/ Ops Analytics team to identify and improve process or operational efficiencies.
- Participates in strategic planning exercise across teams locally and globally.
- Define team structure, provide leadership support and manage team of front line managers; coach and develop team members across levels to maintain succession planning.
- Lead various employee engagement and development initiatives at site level.
- Drive interventions to improve employee survey results.
- Participate in development of hiring strategy; partner with recruiting to cater to hiring needs and improve hiring standards.
Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen/ Education & Experience
- Graduate in any stream of specialization.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in strategizing and program managing operations.
- 6 years of experience in people management.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess coaching and leadership skills to bring the best out of the team members.
- Ability to understand and manage complex processes.
- Ability to drive business strategies and decisions through data.
